I, hereby understand that I individually assume all risk of injury or loss occurring, to either my child, myself and/or individuals I bring as spectators, arising from my child’s participation in the league and that the organizers (MYRec), including, but not limited to, Town of Milton, any affiliated sponsors, or any individual involved in the organization are not responsible for any personal injury, including theft, death, or loss/damage to personal property that might be incurred directly or indirectly, to either my child, myself and/or individuals I bring as spectators, as a result of my child’s participation in this league.

Furthermore, I understand that I will be held responsible by the facility and/or the organizers for any theft, damage or loss of property caused by my child or myself individually. I also understand and approve the usage of my child’s image and/or likeness by the organizers in any marketing initiatives related to future MYRec branded and/or related events.

I agree fully to abide by all the rules both stipulated and implied by the organizers and the facility managers with respect to my child’s and my own conduct in the league and while on any part of the property owned by, or in custody of, the facility. If conduct is contrary to the intent of the stipulated and implied rules, upon notification by the organizers, I fully agree to abide their ruled consequences with respect to my child’s further participation with MYRec.

All participants must enforce Islamic etiquette and MYRec reserves the right to cancel or dismiss any registration at their own discretion. I allow MYRec to take photos and videos of my child and/or accompanying attendees for MYRec marketing purposes. I also acknowledge that my information will be made available to the coaches, other team parents and admins for communication purposes.

Shin Guard & Soccer Cleats Policy:
The safety of the players is our top priority. Players who do not have shin guards and soccer cleats will only be allowed to practice with their teams, however will NOT be allowed to play the game. Also note, the league will NOT provide soccer cleats and shin guards to the players. It is the parents/players responsibility to purchase them.

Rain Policy:
Please note that games will be played even in the rain. Game cancellations will only take place in the event of unsafe field conditions (shut down by Town of Milton) or lightning/thunder for which the league will email parents and advise through the APP prior to start. Games will be made up on the buffer days noted above. There will be NO refunds for any weeks cancelled.

Jersey Policy:
Please note that players are required to wear their jerseys for their games. You are required to enter the jersey size on the registration form. Jerseys cannot be replaced after the order has been placed to ensure that you correctly enter the jersey size. Any replacement jerseys will cost an additional $50.

By completing the registration form, I acknowledge and represent that I have read and understood the rules and this waiver.


Cancellation Policy:
Our planning and preparation begins as soon as you register and pay. Here is our cancellation policy for the MYRec Soccer Program. Please consider the policy when registering for the league.

– Cancel before or on  April 16th – 75% refund / 25% admin fee
– Cancel before or on April 30th – 50% refund / 50% admin fee
– Cancel after May 1st – No refunds
