This form allows our club NDFA to follow a regimented process for review in the selection of our new and returning coaches to fill our postions for head coach and assistant coaches. Having prior coaching experince is not a requirement for this application. The purpose of this application is to understand your plans to be a coach with NDFA, wether you are a returning coach or new to the association and determine eligibilty and suitability for the postion you're applying for.

**Note for Spring Flag Coaches - Safe contact course is not required for Flag season.

It is the mission of the North Delta Football Association to encourage the healthy growth and development of youth as they learn the fundamentals of football and cheerleading. It shall be the purpose of any NDFA coaches to foster the highest standard of citizenship in the community by all members of the program. They shall provide a safe and positive enviroment to encourage growth and development of each youth athlete to the best of their ability. They must always reinforce the positive aspects of athletic participation such as having fun, building comaraderie, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

All confirmed coaches will need to sign off on the Coaches Code of Conduct and will be held accountable. Failure to comply in the policies will result in disciplinay action and furthermore including termination of the position.

All confirmed head coaches will be assigned an equipment bag, it is the reponsibilty of the coach to make sure that all items that were signed out with the equipment bag in the begining of the season, will be returned with the bag. Any missing items that are not accounted for when the bag is handed back in at the end of the season, will be at the expense of the coach.

** Please note all Coaches and Coaching staff are required to have an up to date CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK that has been completed in the last 2 years. **
