Our 3/4 program focuses on fundamental skills and the introduction of team offense and team defense. At this level, games are played on reduced field size with fewer players on the field. This increases focus on player skill development and provides more opportunities to score goals and make saves!

Important note regarding the 2026 season schedule: Since BSD does not finalize field availability until late January, we cannot yet confirm the exact practice and game dates, times, and locations. For the 3/4 program, we will schedule 1.5 hour practices twice a week (weekdays) and will participate in the Greater Eastside Lacrosse League (GELL), with games on Saturdays. We anticipate following a similar schedule to our 2025 season (detailed below), but please understand that times and locations may vary. The final schedule will be communicated to all families by late January 2026.

- Saturday Games: First GELL game on 3/10/2025. 8 games total, every Saturday until 5/17/2025. Home games (4 games total) were scheduled in the morning at Tyee Middle School. Away games (4 games total) depended on the other club teams' schedules.
No practices and games during Midwinter Break (2/15/2025 - 2/23/2025) and Spring Break (4/5/2025 - 4/13/2025)

USA Lacrosse Membership: You need to have an active USA Lacrosse membership to participate in the program (annual fee $35). This membership covers the insurance to play the sport (insurance policy protects participants, bystanders, and property from injury). Equipment requirements: All players are required to be in full gear (helmets, a full set of pads, mouth guard, and athletic protectors) and have a lacrosse stick. All players will need a chest protector that meets the NOCSAE ND200 standard. We will provide a lacrosse stick with registration if you don't have one.

Loaner Gear Available: If you are new to playing lacrosse and need gear or a lacrosse stick, please respond in the questionnaire related to loaner gear that will appear later in the registration process. We will distribute gear/sticks on the first day of practice.

Uniforms: Team Pinnie, shooter shirt and 1 pair of shorts are included with registration.

One-time payment upon registration: Total cost $495 ($445 with early bird discount) - no $15 TeamLinkt admin fee
Installment Payment: Total cost $510 ($460 with early bird discount) includes $15 TeamLinkt admin fee. Payment schedule:

- 1/25/2026: First Payment of $145
- 2/25/2026: Second Payment of $145
