OUR PROGRAM IS OPEN TO BOYS/GIRLS Born 2008-2019

The league is for both boys and girls of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence-building, non-contact football experience. Players will learn the basic skills and fundamentals of football.

Games will be played Saturday Mornings in St. Catharines at Kiwanis Field (near Seymour Hannah Arena). The Fall season will run mid August - end of October.

2023 AGE GROUPS:

U16 (2008-2009)
U14 (2010-2011)
U12 (2012-2013)
U10 (2014-2015)
U8 (2016-2017)
U6 (2018-2019)

GENERAL LEAGUE FORMAT:

Player receives a game shirt, shorts and a set of flags. Jerseys are duo sizes and are machine washable (cold water) and hang to dry only.
8-10 week season, consist of approx. 6 regular season games together with playoffs and championship day
Skills and Drills day prior to the season starting
12 player (max) rosters so everyone plays every game!
Practices are held an hour before the games or sometimes a coach may choose to run a practice during the week (during the week is not mandatory)
NO Tryouts. NO Drafts. Rosters are formed by "friend" or "coach" request. Single players will be placed on teams with some similarity and familiarity such as same school, neighborhood, organization, etc. as the other players on the team.
ALL coaches are volunteer parents and NOT provided by the league
Medals are awarded to the Champions of the grade/age division

Equipment Required:

Mouthguard is mandatory
Running shoes or cleats (either are fine)
Players provide their own water bottle for game
Shirts and Shorts (with no pockets) will be provided
Flag/Belt will be provided

Registration Fee:

New players $185.00 (this includes $22.50 FO Insurance) plus applicable processing fee.

Returning Players $130.00 plus applicable processing fee - This applies to all players who participated in our 2023 spring season and you do not require a new uniform (shirt, shorts & flags) as we will be using the same reversible jerseys as the previous season. If players require a new uniform than registration will be the regular costs as noted above.
