2025 Winter Youth Football Camp

This 8-10 week camp is specifically designed for youth players who want to take their game to the next level. Whether you play flag or tackle football, this camp will help you develop key techniques, improve physical conditioning, and deepen your understanding of the game. Led by experienced coaches, the camp focuses on position-specific training to prepare young athletes for their future in football.

This camp is perfect for youth players looking to build their skills during the off-season and get ready for more competitive play.
Cost: $125.00 (payable online by credit card) Football Ontario Insurance will also be required based on the divsion you intend to play throughout the year. (Flag, Tackle or Both)

When: Monday nights
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Titan Sport Complex, 3710 Sinnicks Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2J 2G7
*(Excluding Family Day and Spring Break)
All attendees recive a Football Niagara Witner Camp T-shirt.
Weekly Format:
- Warm-up & Cool-down: (15 minutes each) designed by Brock Sports Performance.
- Skill Development: Youth athletes will be divided by position, with core principles taught across both flag and tackle football. Positions include:
- Quarterback
- Wide Receivers
- Running Backs
- Offensive & Defensive Lines, Tight Ends (TEs will split with WRs)
- Linebackers
- Defensive Backs, Cornerbacks, & Safeties
Guest Coaches: To be confirmed.
What to Bring: Water bottle, running shoes or cleats, and gym attire.
