Flag Football Niagara – Adult League (16-24 & 25+)

The league is open to adults of all genders, creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment for everyone. Designed for players of all skill levels, this recreational program focuses on confidence-building, non-contact gameplay while fostering camaraderie and a love for football.

Key Details

  • Location: Games will be played Monday nights at the Titans Sportsplex in Niagara Falls.
  • Time: 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM.
  • Season: Mid-January 13 - March 26th  *Excludes Family Day & March Break

  • Open to All Adults: Players of all genders and skill levels are welcome.
  • Beginner to Experienced Players: Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player, this league offers a chance to improve and enjoy the sport.
  • Confidence-Building: A supportive, non-competitive atmosphere fosters growth and enjoyment for everyone involved.

Non-Contact Format

  • Safety First: The league uses a non-contact format, ensuring a safe and accessible way to enjoy football without the physical risks associated with tackle football.
  • Skill Development: Participants will focus on fundamentals like passing, catching, route running, and defensive strategy in a fun, team-oriented environment.

General League Format

  • Equipment Provided: Each player receives a game shirt, shorts, and a set of flags. 
  • Season Structure: 8-10 weeks, including approximately six regular-season games, playoffs, and a championship day.
  • Practice Time: Practices may be organized by coaches before or after games but are optional.
  • Rosters: Teams consist of up to 5-10 players to ensure everyone gets playing time. Rosters may be randomized to balance out players abilities should a team be over or underbalenced.

Additional Information

  • Equipment Required:
    • Mouthguard (mandatory)
    • Running shoes or cleats (indoor field-compatible)
    • Players must bring their own water bottles.

These media may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, the league website, newsletters, and print materials. Scope of Use Media content may include, but is not limited to, action shots, team photos, individual player highlights, and group event images. Such content will be used to promote and celebrate league activities, foster community engagement, and increase awareness of the Flag Football Niagara program. No Compensation Participants and their families agree that they will not receive any compensation for the use of media content in which they appear. Privacy Protection Names of individual players will not be included in media content unless specific written consent is obtained from the parent or guardian. Opt-Out Option If you do not wish to have your or your child's likeness used in any media by Flag Football Niagara, you must notify the league in writing by emailing Flag@footballniagara.com before the season begins. While we will make every effort to respect opt-out requests, please note that accidental inclusions in group or background photos may occur. Third-Party Sharing Flag Football Niagara is not responsible for photos, videos, or other content shared independently by spectators, parents, or other participants. By registering for and participating in Flag Football Niagara, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this social media waiver. We at Flag Football Niagara offer the following refunds within these specific timelines. All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner (flag@footballniagara.com). A $25.00 admin fee will apply to all refund request. 

  • FULL or 100% registration fee refund (less credit card transaction fee & admin fee) as long as requested prior to the Uniform order bieng made.
  • Partial 50% registration fee refund (less cred card transaction fee) if after uniform has been ordered.
  • NO REFUND request after week 2 of the season beginning.
