I hereby acknowledge that in permitting and allowing my child to participate in the BulldogsFootball Program, I knowingly and freely accept all the risks, both known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, and accept and assume full responsibility for my child’s participation in the North Bay Bulldogs Football Club's and its related activities and events. I, for myself, my participating child, and on behalf of our heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby forever discharge, release, and hold harmless, the North Bay Bulldogs Football Club, its volunteers and staff, directors, officers, advertisers, sponsors and where applicable owners and lessors of premises used to conduct Bulldog's Football related activities, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person(s) or property.
You are allowing the North Bay Bulldogs to photograph and take videos of your player. The photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes and displayed on social media. It is a league requirement that game videos must be taken and shared with the other teams in the league.
Player Fee Payment can be made in installments however, the full player fee must be paid by May 20th . To be eligible to participate in training camp practices, at least $200 must be paid towards players fees. We understand that football may not be for everyone & we invite all players to try it. Refunds on the set player fee will be as follows: 100% if prior to April 15th , 50% if after April 15th and 0% as of May 10th .
I, the undersigned, agree to participate in the North Bay Bulldogs football program for the 2025 season & agree to abide by and support the North Bay Bulldogs policies & club rules. I acknowledge that the equipment being assigned to the player belongs to the North Bay Bulldogs and shall be returned at the end of the season as directed by the club. Failure to return rented equipment at the end of the season will result in an invoice being issued for $900 to replace it.
