No Refunds Policy
Once registration is completed and payment is received, all fees are considered non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Withdrawal from the league for personal reasons.
Scheduling conflicts or changes in availability.
Injury or illness prior to or during the season.
Event cancellations or modifications due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

By registering, participants and their families acknowledge and agree to this policy. The no-refund policy allows NWFL to plan effectively for field reservations, staffing, equipment purchases, and other expenses incurred to provide a successful season for all athletes.

While refunds are not available, our commitment to delivering an enriching and rewarding experience for every athlete remains our top priority. Should extenuating circumstances arise, we encourage participants to reach out to us to discuss possible solutions or accommodations.
