You must have a membership in order to participate in ANY program offered by the club.

 

Program fees can be paid by an online credit card payment completed during the registration process or by etransfer afterwards

 

Please ensure payment is received prior to the start of the program.

The system will only allow you to sign up for one program at a time. However at the end of each registration you will be asked if you wish to complete another registration.

 

If the program is full, you will be advised that you will be placed on a waiting list. If you continue to register, DO NOT pay now, use the pay later option. You will be notified should a spot become available and payment can be arranged at that time.

By registering for the Palgrave Tennis Club Adult Program, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

Membership: Participation in the adult tennis program requires a valid membership with the Palgrave Tennis Club.

Program Participation: Enrollment in the program is subject to availability and program capacity. Registering does not guarantee a spot.

Cancellation and Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the Palgrave Tennis Club. Refunds are subject to the club's refund policy.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the Palgrave Tennis Club's Code of Conduct, emphasizing sportsmanship, respect, and fair play.

Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants is our utmost priority. Please inform the club of any medical conditions or allergies.

Media Release: By registering, you authorize the Palgrave Tennis Club to use any photographs or videos taken for promotional purposes.

Communication: We may utilize the TeamLinkt app for communication among coaches, participants, and guardians. Participant names and family contact details may be shared for this purpose.

Weather Conditions: Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled due to adverse weather. Notifications will be sent via the TeamLinkt app or other club communication channels.

Changes to Terms: The Palgrave Tennis Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any alterations will be communicated to registered participants.

By completing registration, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.


Refund requests due to injuries must be accompanied by documentation to support the request.

A $15 administration fee may be applied to all refunds.
