You must have a membership in order to participate in ANY program offered by the club.

 

Program fees can be paid by an online credit card payment completed during the registration process or by etransfer afterwards

 

Please ensure payment is received prior to the start of the program.

The system will only allow you to sign up for one program at a time. However at the end of each registration you will be asked if you wish to complete another registration.

 

If the program is full, you will be advised that you will be placed on a waiting list. If you continue to register, DO NOT pay now, use the pay later option. You will be notified should a spot become available and payment can be arranged at that time.

By registering your child for the Palgrave Tennis Club Youth Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

  1. Membership: To participate in the youth tennis program, you must have a valid membership with the Palgrave Tennis Club. 

  1. Program Participation: Your child's participation in the program is subject to the availability of spots and program capacity. Registration does not guarantee placement. 

  1. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Palgrave Tennis Club. Refunds are subject to the club's refund policy. 

  1. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the Palgrave Tennis Club's Code of Conduct, which promotes sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. 

  1. Safety: The safety and well-being of participants are our top priorities. Please inform the club of any medical conditions or allergies your child may have. 

  1. Media Release: By registering, you grant the Palgrave Tennis Club permission to use photographs or videos of your child for promotional purposes. 

  1. Communication: We may use the TeamLinkt app to facilitate communication between coaches, participants, and parents. Your child's name and family contact information may be shared for this purpose. 

  1. Parental Responsibility: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for transportation to and from program sessions. 

  1. Equipment: Participants are responsible for providing appropriate clothing and footwear. There is limited availability of children’s racquets. It is recommended that participants have their own correctly sized racquet. 

  1. Weather Conditions: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. Notification will be provided through the TeamLinkt app or other club communication channels. 

  1. Changes to Terms: The Palgrave Tennis Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants. 

  

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 

Refund requests due to injuries must be accompanied by documentation to support the request.

A $15 administration fee may be applied to all refunds.
