Cancellation/Refund Policy

If a player cancels prior to the start of the program, a full refund will be provided, less a $25 administration fee provided we are notified prior to the first session. Please note some programs will only offer refunds if players are able to be replaced.

If a player cancels after the start of a program, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the remaining missed sessions, less a $25 administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given after 50% of the program is complete. Please note some programs will only offer refunds if players are able to be replaced.

Inclement Weather Policy

Programs will run rain or shine. In the event of lightning, sessions may be suspended for a short period of time or cancelled. If a program is "suspended" (onsite delay), no refunds or credits will be given. If a session is cancelled, a credit will be issued for a future program. The amount of the credit will be determined by the Club based on recoverable costs and a breakdown of this amount will be prvided to all registrants.
