WELCOME TO 2022 SPRING FOOTBALL WITH PEEL REGION FOOTBALL!

We are looking forward to the upcoming OSFL Spring Football season. We will begin outdoor training in early April two nights per week. We anticipate that the games will be on Saturdays starting in May. Once schedule, fields, dates and times have been firmed up we will communicate the details to the membership.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

Step 1 - Select Registration Payment Option

Payment must be made to register

Option A - Pay Now - Credit. The full $650 fee plus the OFA fee (if this wasn't paid this year) will be charged to your credit card. A transaction fee is added to the total
Option B - Pay Later. The athlete agrees to pay the full $200 fee plus the OFA fee before the start of training either via e-transfer payable to payments@peelregionfootball.ca or via cash. No cheques will be accepted.
Option C - Pay in Installments. The athlete agrees to pay the full $650 fee plus the OFA fee over three installments. A transaction fee is added to the total.

Step 2 – Checkout and Player / Guardian / Medical Information

On the checkout page first, complete your billing information. Then enter your player's information as shown on the form. Add parent, guardian and medical information last.

Step 3 - Waivers
Please be sure to click and agree with the waivers. The OFA requires us to verify the athlete's age. You will be required to upload a photo or scan of the athelete's birth certificate, passport or other valid ID. We also require a recent headshot of the athlete.

Please download and complete the medical information form. Once it is complete you can upload the form to the registration system or give the form to the registrar.

IMPORTANT: Football Ontario Insurance is now included in the registration form. You will notice the insurance in the invoice at the end of the registration. If you paid the OFA fees earlier you will not be charged again.

The National Registry is a mandate set forth by Football Canada whereby all Football Ontario members and registered participants (coaches, managers, volunteers) must register BEFORE they take part in any camp, clinic, practice, game or tryouts consisting of more than 2 practices.

With today's ever-changing COVID regulations we are keeping a close eye on any updates and will make changes as required. If there is any change that does not allow the season to take place a full refund will be given.
