Welcome to the 2025 All-Girls Spring Flag Football League!
Please read the following important information before completing your registration.

League Details:

  • Season: 2025 All-Girls Spring League
  • Location: Linton Middle School, 250 Aster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15235

Training Camp Dates: (times will be announced via email)

  • Saturday, April 5th
  • Thursday, April 10th
  • Saturday, April 12th
  • Thursday, April 17th

Draft Information:

  • In-Person Draft Date: Friday, April 18th
  • Location: Linton Middle School
  • Time: Details will be sent via email
  • Team Announcements: Teams will be announced live during the draft

Jersey and Shorts:

  • Registration (by April 12th): Players will receive their NFL Flag jersey and shorts during the live draft on April 18th
  • Late Registration (after April 12th): Jerseys will need to be ordered and may not be available for the players' first game

Team Communication:
Once assigned to a team, use the TeamLinkt app to follow your team's schedule and stay updated with all league activities.

Spring Schedule:

The 2025 All-Girls Flag Football League will kick off on Saturday, April 19th. Games will either be held on weekday afternoons starting at 6:00 PM or on Saturdays. The final schedule will be determined by the total number of registered teams.

The season will run through June 7th, 2025. Once the schedule is finalized, you will be able to access it through the TeamLinkt app for all team and league updates.

Additional Information:

  • This league aims to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and the love of the game in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Ensure your child is prepared for practice and games by arriving on time, bringing water, and wearing appropriate athletic gear.
  • We encourage all parents to get involved by signing up to coach a team. The more coaches we have, the more teams we will be able to have during the season. Please volunteer by contacting us via email at pghnflleague@gmail.com.

By registering your child for the 2025 All-Girls Spring Flag Football League, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. A full refund can be issued if a refund request is made before the jersey for the season is ordered; no refunds will be issued after that point. Players, parents, and coaches must demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect, and courtesy at all times; any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the league. Players must attend all scheduled practices, games, and events unless excused by the coach, and must wear the provided NFL Flag jersey and shorts during games, along with appropriate athletic footwear and mouthguards. Parents/guardians must complete a medical waiver form and consent to the administration of necessary first aid or emergency medical treatment in case of injury. By registering, you consent to the use of your child’s name, likeness, and image in league-related promotional materials, including social media. The league and its organizers, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during participation; parents/guardians assume all associated risks. Communication will primarily be via email and the TeamLinkt app, and it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to ensure contact information is accurate. The league reserves the right to modify schedules, rules, and policies as necessary, with any changes promptly communicated. Any disputes arising from participation will be resolved through mediation with league officials. By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
A full refund of the registration fee can be requested before ordering your player's jerseys for the season. To request a refund, you must contact us via email, or phone and provide your child’s registration details. Refund requests must be made before the jerseys are ordered by April 12th. Once the jerseys have been ordered, no refunds will be issued regardless of the circumstances. This policy applies to all reasons, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, change of mind, or personal reasons. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request, provided it is made before the jersey order date, and will be issued to the original method of payment. By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy.
