QCVC Camps Refunds (effective May 1, 2021):

After submission of registration but more than 7 calendar days before the start of the camp, a refund of 50% of the fees paid to QCVC will be refunded (any fees paid to SVA are non-refundable).

No refunds or credits will be issued:

1) 7 calendar days or less before the start of the camp;

2) At any point after the calendar start date of the camp program.

Requests for refunds must be received prior to the 7th calendar day before the camp starts and made in writing to treasurer@queencityvolleyball.com
