Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Racefaster LLC programs (“Program”) involves physical activity, including but not limited to running, conditioning drills, stretching, games, and field events. These activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, overexertion, muscle strains, sprains, fractures, illness, or other injuries. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with my child’s participation in the Program.
Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and my child, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Racefaster LLC, its owners, officers, coaches, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, independent contractors, sponsors, and any hosting or third-party facilities from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my child’s participation in the Program.
This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence, but does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
Facility & Third-Party Locations
I acknowledge that Racefaster LLC programs may be conducted at indoor or outdoor locations, including third-party facilities not owned or operated by Racefaster LLC. I understand that Racefaster LLC does not control the condition of such facilities and expressly release Racefaster LLC from any claims related to facility conditions.
Medical Authorization & Responsibility
I certify that my child is physically capable of participating in athletic activities. In the event of an emergency, I authorize Racefaster LLC staff to obtain medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached. I understand and agree that I am financially responsible for any medical care provided.
Illness & Communicable Disease Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that participation in group athletic activities may expose my child to communicable illnesses. I voluntarily assume this risk and agree not to hold Racefaster LLC liable for any illness my child may contract as a result of participation.
Photo, Video & Media Release
I grant Racefaster LLC the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my child’s image, likeness, voice, and performance during Program activities.
I authorize Racefaster LLC to use such photos, videos, recordings, and my child’s first name for marketing, promotional, educational, advertising, website, email, and social media purposes, in any medium now known or later developed, without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials.
