I acknowledge I am registering my child/player with INTRA Football Club. The initial payment of $135.00 is a good faith deposit to reserve my child's spot at INTRA FC and I am fully aware of the remaining balance of $300.00.
I understand that in order for my player to be released to another team; for any reason, ALL club fees must be paid in full to include uniforms.
I understand that a coaching fee of $25.00 is to be paid on time to the Coach or team manager each month. Failure to make these payments could result in your player not being able to attend practice and games.
I understand Tournament fees are a team responsibility and are split by ALL team players regardless if the player attends or not. There are exceptions but that is at the discretion of the Coach.
I understand that all club fees must be paid in full by June 30th.
