TERMS & CONDITIONS
2026 Season
These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and obligations of all athletes, parents/guardians, and participants involved with Rampage Volleyball Centre (“Rampage”). By registering for any Rampage program, event, camp, clinic, or activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
1. Registration & Payment
- All program fees must be paid in full by the deadlines set by Rampage.
- Late or incomplete payments may result in loss of placement in a program.
- Registration is not considered complete until payment and all required forms are submitted.
- Refunds, if applicable, follow the Rampage Refund Policy.
- Rampage reserves the right to cancel or modify programs as needed.
2. Athlete & Parent Conduct Requirements
All athletes and parents/guardians must comply with:
- Athlete Code of Conduct
- Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct
- Social Media Policy
- Media Consent Policy
- Substance Use Policy
- Abuse & Harassment Policy
Failure to follow these policies may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, or removal from Rampage programs without refund.
3. Safety & Injury Acknowledgment
- Volleyball is a physical sport with inherent risks, including injury.
- Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their child’s safety or participation.
- Rampage coaches and staff may remove an athlete from participation if safety is a concern.
- All injuries must be reported immediately to Rampage staff.
- Return‑to‑play follows the Rampage Injury & Return‑from‑Injury Procedure.
4. Facility Rules
Participants agree to:
- Respect all Rampage facilities, equipment, and property.
- Follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
- Use equipment safely and appropriately.
- Refrain from damaging or misusing any Rampage property.
- Understand that damage caused intentionally or through negligence may result in financial responsibility.
5. Media Use & Social Media Compliance
By participating in Rampage programs, you acknowledge:
- Rampage may take photos/videos for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.
- Media use is governed by the Media Consent & Social Media Compliance Policy.
- If you do not consent, you must follow the official non‑consent procedure:
Non‑Consent Procedure
Parents/guardians who do not agree to media use must email:

with:
- Full Name
- A current photo of your child (taken within the last month)
- Program(s) your child is registered for
Photo/Video Exclusion
If you do not consent:
- Your child may be asked to temporarily leave areas where photos/videos are being taken.
- This ensures they are not captured in the background or included unintentionally.
6. Zero‑Tolerance Policies
Rampage maintains zero‑tolerance for:
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination
- Violence or threats
- Substance use (including cannabis), alcohol, or tobacco at any Rampage event
- Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward athletes, coaches, officials, or families
- Harmful or negative online behavior
Violations may result in immediate removal from programs.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in Rampage programs, you acknowledge:
- You assume all risks associated with volleyball participation.
- Rampage, its staff, coaches, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen property.
- You agree to release Rampage from any claims arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Program Changes & Cancellations
Rampage reserves the right to:
- Modify schedules, locations, or programming
- Cancel sessions due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances
- Combine groups or adjust rosters as needed
Refunds or credits, if applicable, follow the Rampage Refund Policy.
9. Agreement
By registering for any Rampage Volleyball Centre program, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
- You agree to comply with all Rampage policies and procedures.
- You understand that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action or removal from programs.
