This will determine what area of the city your player's practice facility is located. *The RCBA tries to accommodate all zone placements. Depending on registrations numbers, your practice facility may be located outside your zone.
Ex: swimming lessons, soccer, hockey, piano, etc.
Please select yes if you are applying for KidSport/Jumpstart. If registering online forward copy of the confirmation to rcba@sasktel.net. If completing the paper application mail or drop off at RCBA office. RCBA will forward the application to Kidsport.

  • The parent/guardian of the above-mentioned player hereby consents to their participation in the Regina Community Basketball Association (RCBA). 
  • I/we do hereby release RCBA, its officers and directors from all liability in respect to any injury sustained by my/our player while playing basketball in any gym under the jurisdiction of RCBA.
  • ​I/we agree to accept financial responsibility for the jersey supplied to my/our son/daughter by RCBA that is lost or damaged while in his/her custody and to return in good repair to the coach or RCBA. 
  • I/we grant the RCBA and its representatives the right to photograph myself/ourselves during league events. I/we agree that the RCBA may use the photographs for any lawful purpose, for example publicity, illustration, and Web content. I/we understand that the RCBA will not include any names in association with any photographs. 
  • I/we grant the RCBA and the right to live stream myself/ourselves during league events. RCBA will not distribute recordings outside of paid streaming service Home Team Live.

  • I/we have reviewed the RCBA Player's Code of conduct with my/our player and reviewed the Parent/Guardian code of conduct.  We acknowledge that if we are found breaking any of the agreed upon code of conduct points listed, we will be bound to appropriate punishment as outlined in the RCBA discipline policy.
  • I/we acknowledge I have read and understand the RCBA discipline policy. 
  • I/we have read and agree to the RCBA's Refund Policy.

Privacy Policy and Use of Personal Information

As a result of your player application and in compliance with our policies, the RCBA will receive personal information from you. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the policies of the RCBA, personal information received from you will be held securely and in confidence, and will be used only:  

  • to communicate with you
  • to share child and contact names, email and phone number with team on teamlink app
  • to share your player's name & gender with Basketball Saskatchewan for membership and insurance purposes only
  • ​where we are required to do so by law

Grade 3-8 Programs
-  After submission of registration, but 2 weeks after registration closes: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.
-  After team selection, but before December 30: 50% refund of original registration fees.
-  After December 30: No refund will be issued.

To withdraw from the program, send an email to rcba@sasktel.net with the following player information.
