Regina Community Basketball Association Registration 
 

As a result of your application as a Coach and in compliance with our policies, the RCBA will receive personal information from you. In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the policies of the RCBA, personal information received from you will be held securely and in confidence, and will be used only: 
a) to conduct the screening activities required by the policies of the RCBA; 
b) to provide you with information from time to time by document and in electronic form; 
c) to communicate with you; 
d) to recognize your efforts individually and with others; 
e)  to share your name & email with Basketball Saskatchewan for membership and insurance purposes only 
f) where we are required to do so by law. 
 

By providing your personal information to us, you have consented to those uses & disclosures. All personal information is maintained securely. Should you wish to discuss the foregoing, please contact the RCBA office. 
 

RCBA Codes of Conduct 
RCBA Discipline Policy 
 
1) I agree to follow the RCBA Referee's Code of Conduct. I acknowledge that if I am found breaking any of the agreed upon code of conduct points listed, I will be bound to appropriate punishment as outlined in the RCBA discipline policy. I acknowledge I have read and understand the RCBA discipline policy.  
 

2) I grant the RCBA and its representatives the right to photograph myself during league events. I agree that the RCBA may use the photographs for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, and Web content. I understand that the RCBA will not include any names of members who are under the age of 18 in association with any photographs. 

3) I/we grant the RCBA the right to live stream myself/ourselves during league events. RCBA will not distribute recordings and can only be accessed through a Home Team Live subscription.
