1. General Terms
1.1 By registering for any RDT Soccer program, you agree to abide by all program rules, policies, and these terms and conditions.
1.2 Registration is only considered complete upon receipt of payment and confirmation from RDT Soccer.

2. Payment and Fees
2.1 All program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Payments are non-transferable between programs or participants.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 Refunds are subject to a $35 administrative fee for cancellations made before the program start date.
3.2 For cancellations after the program has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining sessions, minus the $35 administrative fee.
3.3 No refunds will be issued after 50% of the program has been completed.

4. Attendance and Participation
4.1 Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4.2 RDT Soccer reserves the right to deny participation to any individual failing to comply with program guidelines or exhibiting inappropriate behavior.

5. Media Release
5.1 By registering, you grant RDT Soccer permission to use photos, videos, or other media featuring you or your child for promotional purposes.
5.2 If you do not wish to grant this permission, you must notify RDT Soccer in writing before the program begins.

6. Liability Waiver
6.1 Participation in RDT Soccer programs involves physical activity. By registering, you acknowledge the risks associated with such activities and agree not to hold RDT Soccer, its staff, or affiliates liable for any injuries or damages incurred during participation.
6.2 It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the program.

7. Program Changes
7.1 RDT Soccer reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, or activities as necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
7.2 In the event of program cancellation by RDT Soccer, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1 All participants and guardians are expected to act respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants.
8.2 Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

9. Personal Belongings
9.1 RDT Soccer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

10. Acceptance of Terms
10.1 By completing the registration process, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
