Rising Phoenix Volleyball Camp Terms and Conditions

Registration and Fees
- All camp fees must be paid in full at the time of camp.
- No refunds will be issued once registration is complete. This policy includes cancellations, early departures, and any other reasons for not attending the camp.
Liability Waiver
1. By registering for the Rising Phoenix Volleyball Camp, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the camp involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury.
2. Rising Phoenix Volleyball Camp, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during camp activities. Participants and their guardians assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained while participating in the camp.
Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to maintain a high level of respect for coaches, staff, and fellow campers.
- Disrespectful behavior, bullying, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Any participant who fails to adhere to this code of conduct may be dismissed from the camp without a refund.
Personal Belongings
- Rising Phoenix Volleyball Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are encouraged to label their belongings and keep valuables at home.
Media Release
- By participating in the camp, you grant Rising Phoenix Volleyball Camp permission to use photographs and videos taken during camp activities for promotional purposes.
Amendments
- Rising Phoenix Volleyball Camp reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
