Refund Policy for Competitive Registrations (Tiers 1-3)

This section applies to: Competitive (Tier 1-3) Leagues – INDOOR or OUTDOOR Seasons

Phoenix FC is a non-profit organization committed to providing high-quality soccer programming with flexibility. This refund policy helps protect the club from last-minute team withdrawals and discourages players from accepting a spot and then switching to another team. It also accounts for credit card processing fees on transactions.

Declining an Offered Spot: If a player declines a spot, the family will receive a full refund, provided the player registered in TeamLinkt. Credit card fees incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded.
Withdrawing After Accepting a Spot: If a player withdraws before or after the team declaration deadline, the full initial payment (including the volunteer fee) is nonrefundable. Any remaining unpaid installments in a payment plan will be canceled.
Extenuating Circumstances: Withdrawals due to reasons such as relocating or a medical condition preventing participation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund is appropriate. If no extenuating circumstances are provided, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy for Recreational Registrations (Tier 4)

This section applies to: Recreational (Tier 4) Leagues – INDOOR or OUTDOOR Seasons

Before Teams Are Formed: Withdrawals from the registration date until teams are formed (date set by Phoenix FC) will be refunded. Credit card fees incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded.
After Teams Are Formed: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining season. Credit card fees incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded.

Refund Policy for Additional Programs

This section applies to: Training Camps (SPARK, PD Day, Summer Camps, etc.)

Phoenix FC is a non-profit organization committed to providing high-quality soccer programming with flexibility. This refund policy helps protect the club from last-minute player withdrawals in its additional programs. It also accounts for credit card processing fees on transactions.

Player-Initiated Withdrawal: Withdrawals from the program that are initiated by the player will be reviewed and a registration credit will be issued to the registrant for future use.
- Note: Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine if a prorated refund is appropriate.
Club-Initiated Cancellation: Cancellations of the program(s) that are initiated by the club will result in a full refund.
- Note: In the event of a cancellation, registrants may be offered a registered place in a similar program in lieu of a refund.

By registering with TeamLinkt, you commit to adhere to the refund policies, fees, and timelines set by your chosen organization or program. You commit not to initiate any chargebacks. Deviations from this policy may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
