Grades 4, 5, & 6 Fall Skill Development Training

This training program is designed for athletes in grades 4-6 and focuses on building the fundamental skills needed to develop: under hand serving, passing, defensive skills, positioning and attacking skills.

This program provides a fun, supportive environment where athletes can improve their confidence, coordination and overall volleyball skills, through age-appropriate drills and activities.
