Registration for Smoky Mountain Indoor League is now OPEN!

For the 24/25 season, we will have brackets based upon grade including the following divisions: 5th/6th, 7th/8th, HS (grades 9-12). You may form teams with any mixture of kids within those combined grades. If you are bringing a school team, please note that teams are limited to (16) SIXTEEN players total. Please be considerate of this and split into two teams if you have a large group. This equals out to roughly $62 per player with a full roster of 16.

Registration will be for both genders, but please be aware that we may need to combine to co-ed or combine divisions depending on the number and type of teams that register. Currently, we have HS Boys and HS girls as separate divisions. We will leave the younger groups co-ed unless we have enough girls teams to split.

Each team will need to be "created" while registering their player. The registering parent will be responsible for collecting all team fees from individual players to pay in one lump sum. That person will indicate the team name and be listed as the main point of contact for the team. After team registration is complete, you will receive a code to share with your team for each player to register individually on the team, signing all waivers. Players that are not registered individually will not be allowed to participate. Coach/Manager are responsible for ensuring that all team members have registered individually.

Coach or manager listed above will be responsible for collecting money from team members and paying team amount in full. We do not accept individual payments and cannot be responsible for full team payment collection by individuals. Options for payment this season will be by credit card/debit via Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or check. All credit/debit fees from Stripe and TeamLinkt will be passed on to the purchaser. Stripe: 2.9% and $0.30 per online transaction; TeamLinkt: 1.25% on credit card processing. Amounts to about $42 with this season's fee per team. You may elect to pay as you register, pay at a later day, or pay by non-credit card means (cash, check, Venmo, PayPal). We request payment in full or first payment be received by November 10th, 2024.

Season ends: Sunday, February 2nd, 2025

Off weeks: November 28th, December 26th

Format: 5-8th grade and HS girls teams will be 7v7; 9th-12th grade boys will be 6v6

We will likely schedule similarly to last season: Grades 9-12 on Thursdays/Fridays, Grades 5-8 on Saturdays/Sundays. Schedule is subject to change. Final schedules will be released as soon as reasonably possible, but hopefully by November 14th at the latest.
