No refunds will be given once programs have commenced. Refunds will ONLY be given under specific extenuating circumstances. Refunds of the registration fee must be approved by the registrar and will be prorated if the sessions have already begun and are subject to:

- a $25 cancellation fee
- prorated amount, based on the amount of sessions attended
- refunds will not be given for sessions cancelled due to inclement weather, coaches unable to attend, last minute school closures/events or athlete missed sessions
Where possible, an alternate or make up session may be provided but cannot be guaranteed.

Camps (Christmas, Spring,Break and Summer)

• Refund less an administration fee of $25 - up to 48 hours prior to the start of the program or event.

• No refund - within 48 hours of start of the program/event or for partial participation.

Refunds will be returned onto the credit card charged and can take between 5-10 business days.
