Entering your information

The information that you enter MUST be an exact match to your Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) Account profile! It will verify 3 items in Hockey Canada before it will let you continue with registration;

HCR ID # - you cannot complete a registration without your HCR ID!

Date of Birth
Name – must be entered exactly as it is listed in HCR including spaces, apostrophe's and dashes.

NOTE – if there is an error in Hockey Canada you will need to contact the Registrar and provide the required documentation to have it corrected. The HCR account has legal first and last names entered.
