Welcome to the 2025-2026 'U5 CUBS” Registration
 
This program is ONLY for U5 participants born in 2021 and 2022

If you have not registered in the U5 CUBS program previously then you will need to complete the steps for a new participant before you can complete this registration. Find the information on the U5 CUBS page on the website.

JOIN WITH A FRIEND!! Registration is open to participants from ANY community! You do NOT have to reside in the Southwest Hockey boundaries to register for this program.

• Participants MUST be 3 years old by the start of the session.
• No previous 'hockey' experience is necessary.
• Participants must be able to get up and down on their own without assistance.
• Participants should be able to “shuffle” across the ice without assistance prior to registering.

CONTACT INFO - IMPORTANT - Be sure to add ALL parent/guardian contacts during Step 4 of the registration process. Anyone listed will receive important information and club communications throughout the season. It MUST be entered during registration! You can’t go back in and add the contact info to the registration after it has been completed.

Entering your child’s information

The information that you enter for your child's registration MUST be an exact match to your Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) Account profile!  It will verify 3 items in Hockey Canada before it will let you continue with registration;

1. HCR ID # - you cannot complete a registration without your HCR ID!

2. Date of Birth
3. Name – must be entered exactly as it is listed in HCR including spaces, apostrophe's and dashes.

NOTE – if there is an error in Hockey Canada you will need to contact the Registrar and provide the required documentation to have it corrected.  The HCR account has legal first and last names entered.

IMPORTANT -- There is LIMITED spaces available in this program.  Leaving your registration in your cart will not secure a space!!
