South Simcoe Basketball Club Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 17, 2023.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which South Simcoe Basketball Club (SSBC) will provide refunds to registered members for various programs, events, and services. Please read this policy carefully to ensure you understand the conditions under which refunds will be granted.

Membership Fees

1.1. Full refunds of membership fees will be granted if a written request is received within 7 days of the initial registration date.

1.2. No refunds will be granted for membership fees after 14 days from the initial registration date.

Program Fees

2.1. If a program is canceled by SSBC, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

2.2. If a participant withdraws from a program before it begins, a full refund will be granted if a written request is received at least 14 days prior to the program start date.

2.3. If a participant withdraws from a program after it has begun, a pro-rated refund will be granted if a written request is received within the first two weeks of the program. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of sessions remaining at the time of withdrawal.

2.4. No refunds will be granted for program fees after the first week of the program, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

By registering with TeamLinkt, you commit to adhere to the refund policies, fees, and timelines set by your chosen organization or program. You commit not to initiate any chargebacks.  Deviations from this policy may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
