Cost: $160 (16 sessions).

Dates: January 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29; and February 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26.

Days: Monday & Wednesday

Times:

6pm-7pm for Grades 5-7
7pm-8pm for Grades 8-12.
If you cannot make the preferred time, you may attend the other time.

Description:

This is a group training program (10-20 athletes per session) designed to improve athlete performance while long term development is emphasized. The training is a combination of speed and agility and weight training development. Our training sticks to all the core scientific principles to help athletes achieve results. We use our coaching experience and up to date industry knowledge to personalize the training for athletes. The program will have some elements tailored to rugby-specific needs. Grades 5-7 will use bodyweight or limited free weights/medicine balls. Grades 8-12 will have also use some free weights (e.g. trap bar deadlifts, goblet squats, etc).
