If a player quits before getting equipment – the refund is 80% of the fee + $50 Volunteer fee

If a player quits after getting equipment, but before May 1 – the refund is 60% of the fee + $50 Volunteer fee

If a player quits after May 1 but before the first regular season game – the refund is 40% of the fee paid + $50 Volunteer fee.

If the player quits after the first regular season game – no refund of fee / volunteer fee (this applies whether the player actually played in the game or not).
