Winter 2023 Billards Tournament

When/Where: Thursday December 14th, 2023 at The Wave (4107 Colley Ave, Norfolk).

Registration:

Cost: $10 per player

Registration Period:

Opens: 12 PM on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023.

Closes: 11:59 PM on December 8th 2023 or when the league is full.

Max Number of Teams: 20 Teams

Number of Players: Max of 2

Fundraising: A portion of the monies raised throughout the Stonewall Billiards Norfolk season will be distributed back into the community for the Hampton Roads Pride Youth Scholarship and Virginia Queer Film Festival. Stonewall Sports Norfolk may (if time allows) host fundraising events throughout the course of the season. Information about our community events will be advertised on our website and our social media (Facebook and Instagram).

Teams are allowed and encouraged to host their own fundraising events but must contact norfolk.info@stonewallsports.org prior to their event for approval.

Zero Tolerance:

Stonewall Sports Norfolk has zero tolerance for any bullying or harassment of any kind and for any reason of any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer, or spectator. Harassment can be verbal, physical, or visual, and includes all unwelcome conduct that affects someone else. The Stonewall Sports Norfolk Leadership team has an open-door policy and welcomes you to report any conduct by any player, captain, referee, official, participant, sponsor, director, officer, or spectator that makes you feel uncomfortable. The leadership team takes all allegations and reports seriously and will thoroughly investigate all claims, and if warranted, will take all appropriate action.
