• The $400 entry fee must be paid in full to secure your team's spot.
• Team rosters and proof of insurance must be submitted by the stated deadlines.
• All players must be eligible for the registered division.
• The registered team is responsible for conduct of its coaches, players, parents, and spectators.
• The tournament director may remove any player, coach, team, or spectator for unsafe conduct, abusive behavior, rule violatons, or poor sportsmanship. 
• Game times, field assignments, tournament format, and schedules may be adjusterd due to weather, field conditions, registration totals, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the organization's control. 
• The Game Baseball Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

• More than 14 days before the tournament, a partial refund may be considfered, less any nonrefundable processing or administrative fees. 
• Within 14 days of the tournament, no refund will be issued
• No refund will be issued for removal from the tournament due to rule violations, misconduct, ineligible players, failure to submit required documents, or failure to appear. 

If the tournament is canceled in full by The Game Baseball Club and no games are played, teams may receive a refund or credit towards a future event, less any nonrecoverable expenses or processing fees. 

It the tournament is shortened, delayed, or modified because of weather, unsafe field conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond the organizations control, refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined based on games played and expenses already incurred.
