Toronto Artistic Swimming Club

The undersigned agrees and authorizes Toronto Artistic Swimming Club and Ontario Artistic Swimming (hereafter referred to as OAS) to permit photographers/videographers engaged by the Club or OAS, to take photographs and/or film/video footage of the swimmer and to obtain quotations and information from the undersigned and the swimmer. The undersigned also agrees that such photographs, film/video footage and recorded comments may be used by the Club and/or OAS for educational purposes, advertising and promotional purposes, publications and/or broadcasts, which may include but not be limited to the following: internet websites, newspapers, radio, television, staff newsletters, photographic displays and publicly distributed publications such as annual reports, external newsletters, news releases, pamphlets, brochures, flyers and other promotional/advertising publications and the undersigned shall be entitled to no compensation as a result of such use by the Club or OAS. 

I, the participant and/or parent/guardian, agree to receive electronic communications from Toronto Artistic Swimming Club and Ontario Artistic Swimming (OAS). Electronic communications include newsletters, promotions and program and event information that may contain information of a commercial nature. I understand that if I no longer wish to receive electronic communications from OAS or Toronto Artistic Swimming , I can withdraw my consent at any time using the process set out in the OAS Privacy Policy. 

Refunds, less a $30 administration fee, will be given up to April 25th. Program fees are NON-REFUNDABLE after this date.

There are no refunds for individual practices missed by swimmers.  The club has no capacity to offer pro-rated fees for swimmers who begin a program after the start date.  In the case of an unexpected pool closure or similar cancellation, the club will make efforts to offer a makeup session to the affected swimmers.

All programs are dependent on adequate registration. Any programs cancelled by Toronto Artistic Swimming will be given a full refund.
