By completing registration, you agree to the following:

1. Participation & Safety

   • All participants must follow coach instructions and safety guidelines.

   • Appropriate athletic attire and non-marking basketball shoes are required.

2. Health & Fitness

   • The participant is physically able to take part in basketball activities.

   • Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed prior to participation.

3. Liability Waiver

   • Toronto Sixers Basketball and its staff are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during sessions.

   • Participants take part at their own risk.

4. Refund Policy

   • Program fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the organization.

5. Media Release

   • Photos or videos taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the season begins.

6. Code of Conduct

   • Respect coaches, teammates, and facilities at all times.

   • Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.

All program fees are non-refundable.
By completing registration, you acknowledge and accept that:

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, schedule changes, withdrawal from the program, or participant removal due to misconduct.

• The only exception is if the program is canceled in its entirety by Toronto Sixers Basketball, in which case a full refund will be provided.
