2025 Friendship Tournament Registration

This form is for registering to play with the Trail Blazers Ice Hockey team at the 2025 Friendship tournament to be held April 4, 5, and 6 at the Family Ice Center in Falmouth, ME.

Please select the appropriate grade-level registration form above for skaters. Select the Goalies form above to register goalies.

The third and fourth grade skater and goalie registrations are full. You may register to be placed on the waitlist for those groups. No fees will be collected unless we are able to move you off of the waitlist.

We are past the due date for submitting t-shirt orders. We can no longer accept t-shirt orders at this time.

The Trail Blazers' co-op includes the Bonny Eagle, Westbrook, and Windham/Raymond school districts but players from outside those districts are welcome to join us for the tournament. Per tournament rules, all players must be in the third, fourth or fifth grade and must have a valid USA hockey registration number for the 2024-2025 season. Due to team size limits, only the first 20 registrations can be accepted - 6 skaters per grade and two goalies.

The registration fee is $55 per player ~~with the option to purchase a tournament t-shirt for an additional $20~~. Shirts can only be purchased at time of registration. They will not be sold at the tournament. For a small processing fee, credit card payment can be made through this registration process or offline payment will be accepted in the form of check mailed to the address below.

Note: Due to team size restrictions, registrations will not be considered complete until payment is received. Registrations are first come, first served and will be considered in the order payment is received.
