BASE REGISTRATION FEE IS $250 + HST = $282.50
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT is $25 + HST = $254.25 (until DECEMBER 31, 2021 AT 11:55 PM EST)
LATE REGISTRATION CHARGE is $50 +HST = $339 (effective MARCH 1ST, 2025 AT 12:00 AM EST onwards)

MEMBERSHIPS:

Please note: The above Required Memberships (Football Ontario and Football Canada Insurance) are One-time Annual Memberships that provide insurance coverage for your player and will allow you to participate in all UA Flag Events, Seasons, and Tournaments within the calendar year. For example, you will be covered under this one-time fee for Skills & Drills, Tournaments and multiple seasons (ie. Spring and Fall) throughout 2025.

DISCOUNTS:

Siblings receive a $15 discount (applied automatically at check out when registering 2+ athletes in a single season).

IMPORTANT NOTE ON MEMBERSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS:
In order to not get charged multiple times in a calendar year for the insurance memberships or to receive the sibling discount at checkout, you must use the same TeamLinkt login credentials for each registration for the system to validate it.

Refund Policy

We at UA Flag Football offer the following refunds within these specific timelines. All refund requests must be submitted by email to your League Commissioner.

FULL or 100% registration fee refund if requested before uniforms are ordered for the league which occurs 4 weeks prior to kickoff. Banking and Service Fees are Non-Refundable
HALF or 50% registration fee refund if requested after uniforms are ordered and prior to the 1st game of the season. Banking and Service Fees are Non-Refundable
NO REFUND request submitted and processed after the 1st game of the season
In the event that the UA Flag Football season is cancelled prior to the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID-19 outbreak, then a HALF or 50% registration fee refund will be processed. If the season is cancelled after the 4th game of the season due to an unforeseen event such as a COVID-19 outbreak, NO REFUND will be processed.
