1)請穿着合適體育服及運動鞋出席練習
2)體育服避免太鬆身
3)如有需要請準備護膝, 護踭
4)避免飯後，藥後，休息不足的情況下運動
5)如身體有任何不適，請立即向教練提出
6)請盡量提前十分鐘到場更換好體育服，裝備及有需要之靜態熱身，練習將準時開始
7)請自備足夠飲料
8)惡劣天氣情況安排 - 會於群組及以下途徑發放消息
