The player's parents and/or guardians agree that the player(s) skates at his or her own risk and agree that the Warman Minor Hockey Association, the instructors, the Warman Diamond Arena, Warman Home Center Communiplex and the City of Warman are not liable nor will be held responsible for any accident to the player or other players, or loss or damage to personal property, however caused, and agree to release the above Associations from all claims and damages.

Refund Policy 

• 1 week prior to the event 100% refund
• 72 hours to 1 week 75% refund
• 48-72hours  50% refund
• 24-48hrs 25% refund
• less than 24 hours NO refunds unless there is a valid reason and the AAA board would need to vote on
