WELCOME TO THE 2023 SPRING TACKLE JR. WARRIORS REGISTRATION!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit a deposit for the

2023 Spring TACKLE OSFL season!

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, Mastercard ready.

Your registration will include mandatory membership with Football Canada & Football Ontario.

The fees to join are:

Football Canada: $15

Football Ontario: $27

The total of $42 will be added to your football registration upon check out.

You have the option to pay your registration in full today OR you can select a monthly payment installment option from the drop fown menu on checkout.

The first installment will be processed today. If you are choosing the payment plan, please select from the drop down menu on the checkout page.

If you plan by paying in cash or email money transfer, please message jacqueline.ninaber@waterlooregionfootball.com and arrangements can be made.

If you are experiencing financial challenges with the fees, please email us directly. We will do our best to support you with a plan or connect you to a grant to ensure your son and/or daughter has access to football.

Winter Skills & Drills is MANDATORY for the Spring Tackle Season, beginning January 14, 2023. There is an optional practice on January 7 at RIM Park.

This is included with your Spring OSFL registration fee.
