WELCOME TO THE 2025 SPRING TACKLE JR. WARRIORS REGISTRATION!
This registration session will allow you to sign up and pay for the
2025 U10 AA Spring Tackle Season.
Season runs First week of April to August 4th depending on Playoff/Champ weekend schedule.
Equipment Fitting will begin at the end of March. You will receive an email to book an appointment.
Registration Fee: $825
We have 3 payment options available at checkout.
1. Pay in full upon registration
2. Pay 50% now and 50% on April 15
3. Pay 50% now, 2nd payment on April 1st, 3rd payment on May 1st
Football Canada & Football Ontario Membership Fee: $42
Football Canada: $15
Football Ontario: $27
Your registration fee does not include the mandatory membership with Football Canada & Football Ontario.
The total of $42 will be added to your football registration upon check out.

Mondays/Wednesdays
Dates/Time: April 2 ~ 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Dates/Time: April 7 - May 7 ~ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Location: Kaufman Field (Cameron Heights) 104 Stirling Ave S Kitchener
Dates/Time: Tuesdays/Thursdays May 13 -July 31 ~ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Field locations and practice times are subject to change, based on field availability.
Please note: Practices start the first week of April.
Equipment
Once you register you will recieve a confirmation email with a link to book your equipment fitting appointment.
Equipment Included: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Practice Jersey, Pants, Belts.
Not included: Girdle, Chin Strap,mouth gaurd, knee pads and cleats.
*Cleats with metal studs are not permitted
*If you already have a chin strap, girdle, shoulder pads or helmet please bring them to equipment fittings.
Payment
You have the option to pay your registration in full today OR you can select a monthly payment installment option from the drop down menu on checkout.
The first installment will be processed today. If you are choosing the payment plan, please select from the drop down menu on the checkout page. Monthly payment plans will ONLY be available with a valid credit card. Etransfers will not be accepted.
If you plan to pay by email money transfer, it must be for the full total. Please email registrar@jrwarriors.ca and arrangements can be made.
If you are experiencing financial challenges with the fees, please email us directly. We will do our best to support you with a plan or connect you to a grant to ensure your son and/or daughter has access to football.
Refund Policy

If player withdraws prior to equipment distribution: refund is registration fee less $100 admin/transaction fee

If player withdraws after equipment distribution to prior to first game: refund is 50% of registration fee

After first game, NO REFUND for ANY reason, including injury

For players who receive financial assistance, refunds are returned to the donor/assistance program

Equipment must be returned before any refund can be processed
