Welcome to the West Carolina Ducks registration form for Fall 2024!

This registration session will allow you to sign up for participation in tackle football or cheer and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. We prefer that Payment is paid in full at time of registration. There is an offline payment option but payment will need to be paid before child recieves a uniform.

Additional Information:

1 - Registration Fee includes uniform package, league fees, insurance, use of equipment during the season, facility fees, etc.

2 - We offer a Bingo Board fundraiser which will provide $100 refund once board is full. A printable bingo board is provided later in this registration session in the Additional Info section.

3 - We will participate in the Big South Youth Football League (BSYFL) this season. This is travel ball. Games should be within a 1-hour drive. Ages 4-12 are eligible to participate; birthday cut-off is August 1st.

4 - The BSYFL requires proof of age (certified birth certificate or passport) and proof of address (report card, utility bill) for certifications prior to the season opener. Athletes are encouraged to have a yearly physical for participation.

5 - Practices are planned to be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Saturdays (until games start). More to come.
