Registration fees are required for participation in each season of Westshore Football programming and are due in full before gear will be issued each season.

Each season, parents/guardians are required to perform game day volunteer duties for each player registered with Westshore Football Association. These duties include Sticks, game Commissioner, field set-up or take-down and/or provision of oranges for the team during half-time. These duties will be assigned by the team manager and shared with families along with the season's game schedule. Parents/guardians are responsible for finding other parents/guardians to fulfill or exchange their assigned duties if needed.

At gear up/gear check day each season, parents/guardians are required to provide deposits for gear, game jerseys and volunteer duties. These deposits can be made with cheques or by credit card. The person who's name is on the credit card must be present to endorse the deposit.

Depost amounts are: $500 for Gear. $200 for Game Jersey. $150 for Volunteer Duties.

Registered players must have a full set of gear to participate. This includes gear issued by Westshore Football and the extra pieces required and to be purchased individually.

Players, parents and members of the Westshore Football leadership team who do not abide by our Codes of Conduct and Ethics will not be allowed to continue with Westshore Football for the season.

Any applicable refunds will be issued as per the Refund Policy.
