⚾ WMBA Summer Camp 2026 – Registration Summary

You are registering your child for WMBA Summer Camp 2026, a full-day baseball camp running for four separate weeks in July 2026.

Before completing registration, please note:

  • Registration is weekly (you may register for one or multiple weeks).

  • Camp is designed for players ages 7–13.

  • All skill levels are welcome — including new players, House League players, Rep players, and girls interested in learning the game.

  • Camp will be held at Southside Diamonds, with indoor programming at the WMBA Bullpen if required due to weather.

  • Space is limited each week to maintain quality instruction and supervision.

  • Registration fees are charged per week selected.

  • Additional details (daily schedule, drop-off procedures, what to bring, etc.) will be sent closer to the start of your registered week(s).

By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are registering for the selected week(s) of WMBA Summer Camp 2026 and agree to the policies outlined in this registration form.

Purpose
WMBA is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all players, coaches, volunteers, and families. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated in our programs, on or off the field.

Definitions
- Bullying: Repeated, intentional behaviour (verbal, physical, social, or digital) meant to harm, intimidate, or exclude another person.
- Harassment: Unwanted conduct, comment, gesture, or action that demeans, humiliates, or threatens an individual.
- Discrimination: Any unfair treatment based on race, gender, age, ability, religion, or other protected grounds.

Scope
This policy applies to all WMBA players, parents/guardians, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators at all games, practices, tournaments, and events.

Expectations
- Treat all players, coaches, officials, and spectators with respect.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.
- Communicate in a positive and supportive manner.
- Refrain from abusive language, intimidation, exclusion, or physical aggression.

Reporting & Response
- Incidents of bullying or harassment should be reported promptly to your convenor or WMBA Board member.
- All reports will be taken seriously and addressed in a timely, confidential manner.
- Consequences may include warnings, game suspensions, removal from the season, or permanent removal from WMBA programs.

WMBA is dedicated to ensuring every participant has a safe and enjoyable baseball experience. Working together, we can foster respect, inclusion, and fun for all.
Photography & Video Notice
WMBA loves to celebrate our players and community! Photos and videos may be taken during games, practices, and events, and may appear on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

- Team & action shots will be used to highlight baseball fun and spirit.
- Players will not be named without parent/guardian consent.
- Families may opt out during registration or by contacting WMBA before the season starts.

This release of Baseball Ontario, Woodstock Minor Ball Association and the other persons noted above does not preclude myself or the player being registered from making a claim under any sports accident coverage provided by Baseball Ontario and/or Woodstock Minor Ball Association to their players. Refunds will be issued up to March 31st.
After March 31st, we may not issue a refund unless there are other kids on waitlist to fill the spot.
