You are signing up for the Fall/Winter Pre-Judo Class Season!

In order to properly process your membership please fill out the following forms for each participant prior to arriving at Judo. Either email these completed forms to info@gpjudo.com or bring them to the class.

NEW: Please register for Judo Alberta and Judo Canada here. You are responsible for registering with Judo Alberta/Canada. The club will be charged for your registration. Please ensure that you remit payment to the club ASAP.
Judo Canada - Membership and event registration

1. Click on "Register Individuals"
2. Select "Alberta" then click "Next"
3. Select "GP Martial Arts" then click "Next"
4. Select whether you're new to Judo or a returning member.
5. Fill in the required information in the form.

Under MEMBERSHIP TYPE (JUDO ALBERTA):

1. Select "Mudansha" then your belt level based on the list below:

6 Kyu - White
6+ Kyu - White-Yellow
5 Kyu - Yellow
5+ Kyu - Yellow-Orange
4 Kyu - Orange
4+ Kyu - Orange-Green
3 Kyu - Green
3+ Kyu - Green-Blue
2 Kyu - Blue
2+ Kyu - Blue-Brown
1 Kyu - Brown

2. Select "Region 8"
3. Read and agree to the Awareness and Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity Agreement
4. Click next.
5. Review the statement, print it and remit payment to the club.
