Politique de conditions générales pour le tournoi AHMSI

1. Informations générales

1.1. Les modalités et conditions suivantes (« Conditions ») s'appliquent à tous les participants, équipes, entraîneurs, officiels et spectateurs impliqués dans le AHMSI (« Tournoi ») organisé par l'Association de hockey mineur de St-Isidore (« Association »).

1.2. En participant au tournoi, toutes les parties acceptent de se conformer aux présentes conditions ainsi qu'aux règles et règlements établis par l'Association de hockey mineur de l'Ontario (OMHA), Hockey Canada et tout autre organisme directeur applicable.

1.3. Ces conditions sont susceptibles d'être modifiées à la discrétion de l'Association, et toute mise à jour sera communiquée aux participants dans les plus brefs délais.

2. Éligibilité

2.1. Toutes les équipes et tous les joueurs doivent être inscrits et en règle auprès de l'OMHA ou d'un organisme de hockey mineur reconnu équivalent.

2.2. Les joueurs doivent répondre aux exigences d'âge et d'éligibilité de leurs divisions respectives, telles que définies par les règlements de l'OMHA.

2.3. Les équipes doivent soumettre une liste complète, y compris le personnel d'entraîneurs, avant la date de début du tournoi. Aucun changement de liste ne sera autorisé après la date limite de soumission de la liste, sauf autorisation du directeur du tournoi.

3. Inscription

3.1. Toutes les équipes doivent compléter le processus d'inscription, y compris le paiement des frais d'inscription pour confirmer leur participation. Le non-respect de ces conditions entraînera la non-inscription officielle et ne pourra donc pas participer.

3.2. Les frais d'inscription ne sont pas remboursables, sauf dans les cas où le Tournoi est annulé par l'Association.

3.3. Les équipes doivent fournir une preuve de couverture d’assurance comme l’exige l’OMHA ou leur organisation dirigeante.

4. Code de conduite

4.1. Tous les participants, y compris les joueurs, les entraîneurs, les officiels et les spectateurs, doivent adhérer à des normes élevées d'esprit sportif et de respect tout au long du tournoi.

4.2. Toute forme d'abus, de harcèlement, de discrimination ou de conduite antisportive ne sera pas tolérée et pourra entraîner des mesures disciplinaires, y compris la suspension ou le retrait du tournoi.

4.3. L'Association se réserve le droit d'expulser toute personne ou équipe du Tournoi pour non-respect de ces normes.

5. Règles du tournoi

5.1. Tous les matchs seront joués conformément aux règlements officiels de Hockey Canada et de l'OMHA, sauf indication contraire dans les règlements du tournoi.

5.2. Le calendrier du tournoi, les formats de jeu et les procédures de bris d'égalité seront déterminés par l'association et communiqués aux équipes avant le début du tournoi.

5.3. Tout litige concernant les résultats du jeu, l'interprétation des règles ou tout autre problème lié au tournoi sera résolu par le directeur du tournoi ou son représentant. La décision du directeur du tournoi est définitive et exécutoire.

6. Sécurité et assurance

6.1. La sécurité de tous les participants est une priorité absolue. Tous les participants doivent porter l'équipement de protection approprié tel qu'exigé par Hockey Canada et l'OMHA.

6.2. L'Association n'est pas responsable des blessures, accidents ou dommages survenant pendant le tournoi. Les participants et les équipes sont responsables de leur propre couverture d'assurance et assument tous les risques associés à la participation.

6.3. En cas d'urgence, les équipes doivent suivre les protocoles établis par les organisateurs du tournoi et le personnel de l'aréna.

7. Photographie et médias

7.1. En participant au Tournoi, les joueurs, les entraîneurs et les équipes consentent à l'utilisation des photographies, vidéos et autres médias pris pendant le Tournoi à des fins promotionnelles et marketing par l'Association.

7.2. Tout média produit peut être utilisé sur le site Web de l'Association, sur les plateformes de médias sociaux ou dans d'autres supports promotionnels.

7.3. Les équipes ou les individus qui ne souhaitent pas que leurs images soient utilisées doivent en informer les organisateurs du tournoi par écrit avant le début du tournoi.

8. Récompenses et prix

8.1. Des récompenses et des prix seront remis aux équipes gagnantes à la fin du tournoi. Les récompenses spécifiques seront déterminées par l'Association et communiquées aux participants avant le Tournoi.

8.2. Tout litige concernant les récompenses, les prix ou le classement sera résolu par le directeur du tournoi, dont la décision est définitive.

9. Annulation et force majeure

9.1. L'Association se réserve le droit d'annuler ou de reporter le tournoi en cas de mauvais temps, de problèmes d'installation ou d'autres circonstances imprévues.

9.2. En cas d'annulation pour cause de force majeure, l'Association fera des efforts raisonnables pour rembourser une partie des frais d'inscription, mais ne peut garantir un remboursement intégral.

10. Responsabilité

10.1. L'Association, ses administrateurs, dirigeants, bénévoles et affiliés ne pourront être tenus responsables de tout dommage, blessure ou perte subis pendant le tournoi, qu'ils soient directs ou indirects.

10.2. En participant au Tournoi, tous les participants acceptent de dégager et de dégager l'Association de toute responsabilité.

11. Loi applicable

11.1. Ces conditions sont régies par les lois de la province de l'Ontario et les lois fédérales applicables du Canada.

11.2. Tout litige découlant de la participation au tournoi sera résolu devant les tribunaux de l'Ontario.

12. Accord sur les conditions

12.1. En s'inscrivant et en participant au tournoi, les équipes, les joueurs et les entraîneurs acceptent de respecter les présentes conditions et toutes les règles établies par l'association et l'OMHA.

12.2. Le non-respect de ces Conditions peut entraîner des mesures disciplinaires, pouvant aller jusqu'à la disqualification du Tournoi.

Terms and Conditions Policy for SIMHA Tournament

1. General Information

1.1. The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants, teams, coaches, officials, and spectators involved in the SIMHA ("Tournament") organized by St-Isidore Minor Hockey Association ("Association").

1.2. By participating in the Tournament, all parties agree to comply with these Terms and the rules and regulations set forth by the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), Hockey Canada, and any other applicable governing bodies.

1.3. These Terms are subject to change at the discretion of the Association, and any updates will be communicated to participants promptly.

2. Eligibility

2.1. All teams and players must be registered and in good standing with the OMHA or an equivalent recognized minor hockey organization.

2.2. Players must meet the age and eligibility requirements of their respective divisions as outlined by OMHA regulations.

2.3. Teams must submit a complete roster, including coaching staff, prior to the Tournament start date. No roster changes will be permitted after the roster submission deadline unless authorized by the Tournament Director.

3. Registration

3.1. All teams must complete the registration process, including payment of the registration fee to confirm their participation. Failure to meet these requirements will result in not being officialy registered and therefore can not participate.

3.2. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the Tournament is canceled by the Association.

3.3. Teams must provide proof of insurance coverage as required by the OMHA or their governing organization.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. All participants, including players, coaches, officials, and spectators, are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and respect throughout the Tournament.

4.2. Any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the Tournament.

4.3. The Association reserves the right to eject any individual or team from the Tournament for failure to comply with these standards.

5. Tournament Rules

5.1. All games will be played in accordance with the official rules of Hockey Canada and the OMHA, unless otherwise specified by the Tournament rules.

5.2. The Tournament schedule, game formats, and tie-breaking procedures will be determined by the Association and communicated to teams prior to the start of the Tournament.

5.3. Any disputes regarding game results, rule interpretations, or other Tournament-related issues will be resolved by the Tournament Director or their designate. The decision of the Tournament Director is final and binding.

6. Safety and Insurance

6.1. The safety of all participants is a top priority. All participants must wear appropriate protective equipment as mandated by Hockey Canada and the OMHA.

6.2. The Association is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the Tournament. Participants and teams are responsible for their own insurance coverage and assume all risks associated with participation.

6.3. In the event of an emergency, teams are required to follow the protocols established by the Tournament organizers and arena staff.

7. Photography and Media

7.1. By participating in the Tournament, players, coaches, and teams consent to the use of photographs, videos, and other media taken during the Tournament for promotional and marketing purposes by the Association.

7.2. Any media produced may be used on the Association's website, social media platforms, or in other promotional materials.

7.3. Teams or individuals who do not wish to have their images used must notify the Tournament organizers in writing prior to the start of the Tournament.

8. Awards and Prizes

8.1. Awards and prizes will be presented to the winning teams at the conclusion of the Tournament. The specific awards will be determined by the Association and communicated to participants prior to the Tournament.

8.2. Any disputes regarding awards, prizes, or standings will be resolved by the Tournament Director, whose decision is final.

9. Cancellation and Force Majeure

9.1. The Association reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Tournament in the event of inclement weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9.2. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the Association will make reasonable efforts to refund a portion of the registration fees, but cannot guarantee full refunds.

10. Liability

10.1. The Association, its directors, officers, volunteers, and affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the Tournament, whether direct or indirect.

10.2. By participating in the Tournament, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the Association from any and all liability.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

11.2. Any disputes arising from participation in the Tournament shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Agreement to Terms

12.1. By registering for and participating in the Tournament, teams, players, and coaches agree to abide by these Terms and all rules set forth by the Association and the OMHA.

12.2. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disciplinary action, up to and including disqualification from the Tournament.
