Welcome to Colorguard Collective Edmonton (CGCYEG). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before completing the registration for our youth colorguard program. By registering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility: Participants must meet the age and eligibility requirements specified for each colorguard group.
Registration Fee: The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. This fee is non-transferable.
Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the start date of the activity.
- Once the season starts, partial refunds may be available at the discretion of the Board of Directors. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- In cases of medical emergencies, a full or partial refund may be considered upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
- If the activity is canceled by CGCYEG, participants will receive a full refund.
- Refunds are issued only to the original method of payment and cannot be transferred or applied to future activities.
Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to the code of conduct established by CGCYEG and outlined in the member handbook. This includes showing respect to instructors, fellow participants, and property. Violations of the code of conduct may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
Attendance: Regular attendance is crucial for the success of the team. Participants are expected to attend all rehearsals, performances, and competitions. In case of unavoidable absences, prior notification to Ella is required.
Medical Information: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide accurate and complete medical information about the participant. Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs should be disclosed during registration.
Liability Waiver: By registering, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in colorguard activities. CGCYEG and its representatives are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the program.
Media Release: Participants may be photographed or videotaped during activities. By registering, you grant CGCYEG permission to use these images for promotional purposes, including on the website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Equipment and Uniforms: Participants are responsible for the care and maintenance of any equipment and uniforms issued by CGCYEG. Any loss or damage may result in additional fees.
Communication: All official communications will be sent via the TeamLinkt app. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure they are receiving and reading all communications.
Modification of Terms: CGCYEG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
