PLEASE NOTE: THIS TRAINING CAMP IS INTENDED FOR 2023 KEMPTVILLE JAGS PLAYERS OR THOSE THAT ARE REGISTERING WITH THE JAGS FOR THE 2024 SEASON. If you are a member of another NCAFA club, please refer to their website for their training camps.

A weekly training session on Monday evenings for 1.25hrs and 10 weeks of focusing on football specific movements designed to add strength, mobility and quickness to your players game.

Sessions are broken into age groups to allow for optimal training. This group will be 7:30pm-8:45pm at W.B. George on Kemptville Campus.

There will be NO CLASS Monday March 11th due to March Break.

In order to give our players the most room to train, we will be asking that there be NO spectators in the gym during the sessions.
