LE FIVE PLAYER AGREEMENT
We’re excited to have you join our league and become a part of our soccer community. To
maintain a safe, fun, and respectful environment for all players, staff, and spectators, all
participants are required to read and sign the following Player Agreement, which is based
on our Player Code of Conduct.
Player Expectations
As a participant in any LE FIVE league, I agree to the following:
1. Respect and Sportsmanship
- • I will respect my fellow players
- • I will respect all LE FIVE staff, including referees, coaches, league coordinators, andfacility managers.
- • I will treat the facility with care and always follow all facility rules.
- • I will demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship, win or lose.
- • I will refrain from aggressive play that endangers or disrespects others.
2. Behavior of Spectators
- • I understand that the Code of Conduct applies equally to all spectators associatedwith me or my team.
- • I will ensure that my guests also behave by LE FIVE’s standards.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
I understand that the following actions will result in immediate suspension or a permanent
ban from all LE FIVE facilities, and that I or my guest(s) must leave the premises
immediately if any of the following occur:
- • Fighting of any kind – Automatic lifetime bans for all involved
- • Property damage, including breaking boards, equipment, or intentional damage tothe facility
- • Spitting on the turf, at another person, or anywhere in the facility
- • Abusive language, including threats, slurs, or disrespectful comments
- • Aggressive play beyond reasonable competitiveness
- • Pushing, retaliation, or physical intimidation of any kind
Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the
LE FIVE Player Agreement and Code of Conduct. I understand that violating any part of this
agreement may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent removal
from all LE FIVE leagues and facilities.
