Media Notice – Photos & Video Filming

Please note that photos and video recordings will be taken during all Volleyball Winnipeg programs for promotional and educational purposes (e.g. social media, website, newsletters, coach training).

By registering, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this media policy.

​1. Withdrawal two weeks prior to the start of the program.

• A full refund will be provided (less $20.00 admin fee)
• OR Full credit to be applied at any future Volleyball Calgary program.

2. ​Withdraw within two weeks of the start of the program:

• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (less $20.00 admin fee)
• OR Full credit to be applied to any future Volleyball Calgary program.

Once the program has started no refunds will be provided.

You may qualify for a pro-rated credit to be applied to any future Volleyball Calgary program.

Medical withdrawal/absences: Athletes who withdraw or otherwise miss due to medical injury or illness may receive a pro-rated credit to be applied at any future VC program.

By registering with TeamLinkt, you commit to adhere to the refund policies, fees, and timelines set by your chosen organization or program. You commit not to initiate any chargebacks.  Deviations from this policy may result in the forfeiture of any refund.
